Oh my goodness, you would not believe what I had to go through to get the water effect I wanted, and then I covered it up with a texture
Shoot me now. I probably spent 4 hours just fiddling with this stupid picture, trying to find all the pieces I wanted. Oh well, I think I'm actually quite happy with how it turned out. Go figure.
