Well. This is a piece I wanted to finish back at the end of July for the anniversary of my husband's death, but I've been so busy I just wasn't able to get to it. So here it is now. I'm not sure it turned out quite how I was envisioning it. But I had the idea so long ago it's gotten a tad rusty

So this is kind of an entry for two contests...not entirely sure it really fits either theme but...oh well. Can't win 'em all. Entry to =markopolio-stock's weekly contest, and to ~Darkness-Sisters Time contest.

This of course has a deeply personal meaning to me, and I think there's a bit of symbolism, but I'll leave it up to each individual viewer to make of it what they will. If you'd like my take on which symbols mean what, I'd be happy to elaborate Although some of them are more just an impression, and I'm not sure I could actually put them in words.

In case you can't tell (which you probably can't ) this is also roughly based on the graveyard scene from "Phantom of the Opera", which I was watching when the idea for this deviation came to me. I'll shut up now...I keep adding more and more rambling
